Luvpop is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sharing, or transmitting the following:
- Sexually Explicit Content: Any form of pornography or highly suggestive material.
- Harassment and Bullying: Threats, stalking, or targeted insults.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
- Scams and Fraud: Attempts to deceive users for financial gain.
- Illegal Acts: Promotion of illegal drugs, violence, or any criminal activity.

2. REPORTING MECHANISM
Luvpop provides easy-to-use reporting tools on every user profile and within every chat screen. We encourage users to report any behavior or content that violates this policy immediately.

3. 24-HOUR REVIEW PROCESS
Once a report is submitted:
- Our moderation team will review the reported content or behavior within 24 hours.
- If a violation is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken, ranging from content removal to permanent account termination.

4. IMMEDIATE BLOCKING
When you report a user, Luvpop automatically and immediately blocks that user for you. They will no longer be able to see your profile or send you messages, ensuring your immediate safety while our team conducts a review.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Any user found to be in violation of this Zero Tolerance Policy may have their account permanently banned without prior warning. Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts.
