GridVPN ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and its premium services.

2. ZERO-LOGS POLICY (CRITICAL)
GridVPN operates a strict "Zero-Logs" policy regarding your network traffic.
- We DO NOT collect or log your browsing history.
- We DO NOT log your destination traffic, content, or data.
- We DO NOT log your DNS queries.
- We DO NOT log your real IP address or the VPN IP address you use.

3. DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
To provide our account-based and premium services, we collect the following limited information:

A. Account Information:
- Email Address: Collected when you create a Grid ID to synchronize your premium subscription and linked devices.
- User-provided Passwords: Encrypted and stored securely via Firebase Authentication.

B. Subscription & Financial Data:
- Purchase History: We process transactions through the Google Play Billing System. We do not store your credit card details; we only maintain records of subscription status and expiry dates.
- Free Trials: If you enroll in a free trial, your subscription status is tracked to manage the trial duration and conversion to a paid plan.

C. Device Information:
- Device IDs & Hardware Model: Collected to enforce the 5-device sharing limit and for hardware-based security locking.
- Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by our advertising partners to serve ads for free-tier users.

4. DATA SHARING
- We DO NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
- We share non-identifying technical data with Google AdMob for ads and Google Firebase for account management.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
- We retain account data as long as your account is active.
- USERS CAN PERMANENTLY DELETE their account and all data (Email, Device IDs, and Credits) directly within the app's Account Settings or by emailing support@vivogame.com.
