TERMS OF USE FOR GRIDVPN

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using GridVPN, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the application immediately.
2. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

• FREE TRIALS: Any free trial offered (e.g., 3-day trial) will automatically convert into a paid yearly subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
• CANCELLATION: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings. To avoid being charged for a new period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends.
• REFUNDS: All billing and refund requests are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE
   You agree not to use GridVPN for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Hacking or distributing malware.
• Violating intellectual property or copyrights.
• Any activity that causes damage to our servers or network.
  Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

1. MULTI-DEVICE POLICY
   Pro accounts allow for up to 5 linked devices. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users beyond this limit is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
2. DISCLAIMER
   GridVPN is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and high speeds, service availability may vary based on network conditions and maintenance.
